The new wild-caught salmon sandwich lightens up but brings heavy flavors, complemented by tomato, red onion, lettuce, fried capers and mustard cream cheese, while the no-nonsense spicy fried chicken brings the bird with bread-and-butter pickles and Frank’s RedHot mayo.
