Where to watch Fourth of July fireworks in Las Vegas

Anyone lucky enough to witness Vegas’ past patriotic pyrotechnic displays can confirm it’s the spectacle of the summer. No matter what corner of the Valley you’re in, there’s not a bad seat to be had. Here’s a list of some of this year’s best spots to watch. 

SKY-LEVEL SEATS

Palms Hotel & Casino Even on a regular day, Ghostbar, located on the 55th floor of the Palms, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Elevate your Fourth of July celebration with its exclusive outdoor patio, live DJ and $100 bottles of Bacardi, Don Julio and Absolut. Ghostbar, 7 p.m.-3 a.m., 21+, $15-$30, palms.com.

Circa The Legacy Club’s Star-Spangled Glamour party is the ultimate Fourth of July rooftop experience downtown. Sip on speciality cocktails from the open bar and enjoy American bites while observing a picture-perfect sky from the 60th floor. Legacy Club, 7-10 p.m., 21+, $150, circalasvegas.com.

FREE TO ALL

Heritage Park The City of Henderson is pledging allegiance with a community-centered gathering at Heritage Park. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and coolers to fully enjoy a night of live country music, family activities, food vendors and of course, the fireworks show. 6 p.m., free, cityofhenderson.gov.

POOLSIDE VIEWS

Durango Casino & Resort It’s a year of firsts for the Southwest’s newest resort and Durango Casino is pulling out all the stops for its Fouth of July fireworks viewing show. Relax poolside at Bel-Aire Backyard and enjoy the live DJ, lawn games and freshly grilled hot dogs and burgers. Bel-Aire Backyard, doors open at 7 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m., $10 for ages 2-11 and $35 for ages 12+, durangoresort.com.

Red Rock Casino Red Rock Casino is shooting off its stash of glittering explosives from the hotel rooftop and the prime view is from the Sandbar Pool. Grab your tickets and the kids and plop down to soak it all in. Sandbar Pool, doors open at 7:30 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m., $10 for ages 2-11 and $35 for ages 12+, redrockresort.com.

Green Valley Ranch Resort Henderson is getting its own casino-hosted fireworks show at Green Valley Ranch and tickets to view from its pool deck come with a free light-up necklace while supplies last ... so you can sparkle, too. Backyard pool deck, doors open at 7:30 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m., $10 for ages 2-11 and $35 for ages 12+, greenvalleyranch.com.
